Hi guys, this video covers some tips I would like to share based on my 2024 Cruel Jewel 100 mile race. The 2nd part is my reflections right after the race when I was driving from the finish to my home in Missouri which is within 24 hours after completing the 100 mile race so my thought and words maybe not organized but it is the my gut feeling about the race. Hopefully this is helpful for fellow runners preparing the race.
