Today’s class is a 12-minute Pilates toned arms workout designed to gently strengthen and sculpt your arms while staying low impact, joint-friendly, and intentional. This class focuses on controlled movement, alignment, and breath to help you build strength without tension or burnout.
This is a perfect upper-body flow if you’re looking to feel strong, supported, and energized — without heavy equipment or aggressive movement.

• Pilates-based arm toning exercises
• Low-impact, joint-friendly movement
• Controlled reps for deep muscle engagement
• Beginner-friendly with optional progressions
• No equipment needed (light weights optional)
This class can be done on its own, or stacked with a stretch, lymphatic flow, or core workout from this challenge.
