This tutorials shown to be useful for my beginner students, to find interesting and different ways to exit the star on the bar position in the hoop in a smooth way ands new pathways.

P.S. Don't forget to warm up before and to use crash mats underneath when you're doing exercises on aerial hoop. Please do not practice without the supervision of a trained professional.
