Ingredients:
Steak
Minced garlic
Seasoning salt
Paprika
Olive oil
Butter
Lemon pepper
Broccoli
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt
Idaho potatoes
Balsamic vinegar
Lemon juice
Lemon zest
Brown sugar
Black pepper
Oregano

Steps:

Steak:
1. Grab the steak and cut into bite size pieces.
2. Add seasoning salt, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to the steak bites.
3. Heat up pan (medium temp).
4. Add butter and minced garlic.
5. Pour steak bites into the pan.
6. Once cooked to your liking place steak bites onto a plate.
7. Cover the steak bites in zip sauce.

Roasted potatoes:
1. Cut the potatoes.
2. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil.
3. Add black pepper, seasoning salt, onion powder, paprika, and oregano to the potatoes.
4. Place potatoes into the oven at 425 for 40 minutes.
5. Once cooked to your liking remove the potatoes from the oven.

Broccoli:
1. Chop up broccoli.
2. Heat up pan (medium temp).
3. Add olive oil, butter, and minced garlic to the pan.
4. Season broccoli with lemon pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
5. Place broccoli into the pan.
6. Once cooked to your liking place broccoli onto a plate.

Zip sauce:
1. Heat up small pot (medium temp).
2. Add balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, lemon zest, brown sugar and paprika.
3. Stir the mixture.
4. Once the consistency of the sauce is to your liking turn off the heat and place pot to the side.
5. Pour zip sauce on the steak bites.
