Today's workout is a 25 Minute FULL BODY Pilates Workout for chill days when you aren't in the mood to workout, are new to Pilates, are super sore or on your period. For this workout, you can add on the following OPTIONAL equipment for the optimal burn:
ankle weights (mine are 1 lb)
booty band (medium resistance)
