This 30-minute power hatha yoga practice is designed to build full-body strength, stability, and mindful control through a dynamic yet grounded flow. The class blends steady holds, strong transitions, and conscious movement to help you feel energized and balanced.
We begin with a gentle warm-up in Child’s Pose, then move through vinyasa sequences with plank variations, push-ups, core and back strengthening, standing balance work, deep lunges, hip openers, and spinal mobility. The practice finishes with a short, calming Savasana to restore the body and nervous system.
This class is best suited for intermediate practitioners or confident beginners looking to challenge their strength while staying connected to breath and body awareness. Move at your own pace and modify whenever needed.
