Hi you guys!

Welcome back to another get ready with me for the gym! In this video I highlight 3 makeup products that I personally LOVE and use consistently! I also take you through a 40 minute full body HIIT cardio workout … I hope you enjoy! I’m still sore and did this a few days ago now lol.

For this HIIT workout you will need -
2 5,8 or 10lb DBs, 2 15,20 or 25lb DBs, 1 15/20lb KB, & 1 25/30lb KB

First Circuit - 3 sets - minimal break between movements .. 1 min break between each circuit set
•db kb swing to shoulder press x8 each arm (16 total swings)
•Db sumo RDL x15
•DB renegade row x10 on each arm (20 total)

Second Circuit - 3 sets - minimal break between movements .. 1 min break between each circuit set
•Goblet KB Side to Side Squat x12 each leg
•DB Side Raise to Curl x15 each
•DB behind the head tricep extension x15

Finisher - mountain climber x25 each leg
