Day 3 in Melbourne stars at Brulee, we had an amazing breakfast, and met the mayor Hanna ElMouallem from Kfarhazir El Koura, who asked me to sign his new car plate ‘I love Liban’.
Mariana prepared a big surprise for me, a NGNO cheese croissant with Zaatar on top, all the profits of this initiative will be collected to support Lebanon.
Next, a special visit to Hawkers Brewery, three years since my last visit, and the factory has moved to a new level, with better packaging and evolution in taste.
For Lunch, Anwar at the Factory Outlet prepared a bbq, delicious kafta, super tender ribs, and an exceptional raw meat plate.
I had the honor to visit the city hall which is open to citizens, it welcomes also all types of special events with a very selective menu.
We were invited to a chocolate walking tour, we attended also the Firelight Festival, a major big event in Melbourne, the municipality is expecting more than 140,000 persons
The second event we attended is the Lightscape event, and I am always happy to check out the 125-year-old cedar tree.
