In this video I break down my exact offseason training plan and how I’m applying the principles from my Perfect Upper Lower Split into my next growth phase.
The goal? Build muscle efficiently while balancing intensity, recovery, and progression. I’ll cover my set structure, rep ranges, rest-pause / myo-rep work, and how I’m using the double progression method to keep progressing over time.
