These kebabs are crispy on the outside, soft inside, and packed with plant-based protein—ideal for vegetarians, vegans, fitness lovers, and anyone who wants to eat clean without compromising on taste.
Ingredients for Green Chutney:
1 cup fresh mint leaves
½ cup coriander leaves
2–3 green chillies
4–5 garlic cloves
1 small piece ginger
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp Yogurt
Salt to taste
2–3 tbsp water (as needed)
blend it smoothly.
store it in airtight container for Upto 5 to 6 days in fridge.
Ingredients for Soya kebab:
To a chopper,
1 Onion
Ginger 1 inch
5 to 6 garlic cloves
2 green chillies
1 handful of coriander leaves
chop soya chunks coursely
dry spices:
red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
jeera powder and chaat masala - 1 tsp
salt as per taste
gram flour or besan - 2tbsp
corn flour - 2 tbsp
slow cook for 10 min both sides with less oil in a pan .
enjoy with green chutney.
