Pilates for Runners 🏃‍♂️ - The Otter 🦦African Trail Run - Home Workout 🏋️‍♂️ This is Day 3 of our 3 Part Series in collaboration with The Otter African Trail Run. In this Pilates For Runners Day 3 video, we continue running through new sequences that target the components essential for trail running. We combine a variety of Pilates-based movements in conjunction necessary mobility stretches that will contribute to injury prevention and improved performance. No time to rest during Lock down.

Stability, balance and proprioception, core strength and flexibility are important components when it comes to running. It is just as important as getting in the millage. In this 3 day series of Pilates for Runners, we take you through a variety of specialised sequences focusing on these components. Maintaining an exercise regime that focuses on the improvement of such components will contribute to both injury prevention as well as improved running performance.
