In this 30-minute Pilates class for runners, we run through a challenging routine focusing on stability, strength, balance, mobility, and endurance.
Please make sure you are activating correctly throughout the workout. If you need the rest, please take it. It's not an easy workout, but trust me, you feel so good afterwards. Please use modifications like tucking your knees in or dropping your hips to allow for efficient muscular activation and posture.
