Moroccan Meatballs in Harissa Sauce!

The food of Morocco reflects a fascinating mix of cultures that have left their mark on the region. Dishes are full of flavor and taste.
lots of spices used and Tagine( tajine) cooking is very traditional to enhance flavor and taste.
Moroccan Meatballs are not your typical meatballs.
Often made with lamb or beef, or combination of two.
Here is the recipe:
FOR THE MEATBALLS:
1.5 Lb.(680 g.) ground beef
1 Lb. (450 g.) ground lamb
1 large onion (finely minced and sautéed till translucent)
4-5 cloves garlic (finely minced and sautéed along with onion)
1½ cup (220 g.) bread( soaked in water and drained)
2 eggs( beaten)
2½ tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
Spices:
½ tsp smoked Paprika
½ tsp ground Coriander
½ tsp ground Cumin
½ tsp Ras El Hanout
½ tsp ground Ginger
½ tsp Aleppo Pepper
¼ tsp ground Cinnamon
2 tsp dry herbs (Sabzi Ghormeh)
FOR THE HARISSA SAUCE:
4 cups (940 ml) tomato sauce
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp ground cumin
½ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
½ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
1 tbsp Harissa paste
