BOXING WORKOUT-SPEED + POWER
It's time to crush calories with this boxing workout created by the founder of BOXING & BARBELLS.
I will coach you on throwing a new boxing combinations on the heavy bag or shadowboxing. You will also do a leg workout which includes using a slow negative technique.
No muscle is left untouched in this powerful sweat sesh. Grab a bottle of water, press play, and get ready to punch it out!
Learn a new combo of the day and then use it to hit the bag or to shadowbox. This boxing combo using speed punches and power punches.
This boxing workout can be done without a punching bag. Just shadowbox in place of the punching bag.
The slow negative exercises are a great leg burn between boxing rounds.
