BOXING WORKOUT
• Boxing Workout
This video gives you a full body boxing workout that you can do at home or at the gym with weights and a punching bag.
This is a BOXING & BARBELLS WORKOUT.
Each exercise is done for 1 minute between each round on the punching bag. Punching bag rounds are 2 minutes.
FREESTYLE BAG WORK- 2 min.
STEP UPS W/ KICKBACK- 1 min.
FREESTYLE BAG WORK- 2 min.
REVERSE LUNGE- 1 min.
FREESTYLE BAG WORK- 2 min.
REAR LATERAL RAISE- 1 min.
FREESTYLE BAG WORK- 2 min.
FRONT RAISE- 1 min.
