Methi ke Laddu Recipe (Fenugreek Ladoo Recipe)
Ingredients (सामग्री):
Methi ka powder – 200 gm
Gehu ka atta – 250 gm
Urad dal ka atta – 400 gm
Gud (jaggery) – 550 gm
Khadi sakkar (bura/powder sugar) – 400 gm
Kaju ka powder – 100 gm
Badam ka powder – 100 gm
Sukha nariyal (dry coconut) powder – 200 gm
Gond (edible gum) powder – 150 gm
Suth (dry ginger) powder – 50 gm
Piprimul aur Ganthoda powder – 50 gm
Khaskhas – 20 gm
Ghee – 1 kg
Description:
Methi ke laddu ek traditional aur sehatmand Indian sweet hai, jo sardiyon ke mausam me khaas taur par banaye jaate hain. Yeh laddu sharir ko garam rakhte hain aur urja pradan karte hain. Methi, ghee, dry fruits, aur jaggery ke sangam se bane ye laddu swaadisht hone ke saath-saath poshtik bhi hote hain.
Sardiyon ke liye ek dam sehatmand aur swadisht mithai — Methi ke Laddu! Methi, gud, dry fruits aur ghee se bane ye laddu sharir ko garam aur takatwar banate hain. Traditional recipe jo har bite me bhar de desi swaad aur poshan!
Tips:
Methi ke laddu 2–3 mahine tak ache rehte hain agar thik se store kiye jayein.
Ye laddu specially postpartum (prasav ke baad) aur sardiyon me sharir ko majboot aur garam rakhne ke liye khaaye jaate hain.
