Welcome back to my kitchen for another week of what I fed my family! In this video, I’m sharing wholesome, homemade meals planned with ChatGPT—including a grilled chicken panzella salad, maple dijon chicken, cheesy beef orzo, and cozy butternut squash soup. I also made Homemade yogurt and sheet pan apple pancakes the whole family could enjoy.

Breakfast burritos :
6 wrap tortillas
12 eggs (or 2c egg whites)
spinach
1/4 cup enchilada sauce for eggs (or more to taste)
-1lb ground beef cooked + 3 tbsp taco seasoning + 1/4 additional enchilada cause
OPTIONAL: any cheese of choice
Panzanella :
1 pint cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cucumber, 1/4c red pepper, 1/4c fresh basil
1/4 c high quality olive oil
-1/2 tsp salt , 1/2 tsp italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp garlic powder (adjust more or less to taste)
1c croutons (homemade or premade)
-1 small bag of mozzarella pearls
Apple sheet pan pancakes:
-dry ingredients — 2c flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 3tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp cinnamon
wet ingredients — 1 banana, 2 eggs, 2tbsp avocado oil, 2 tbsp maple syrup (or reg sugar), 1.5-2c of milk , 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1 apple peeled, cored, cubed
Maple Dijoin Chicken :
2 to 3 chicken breasts v halved and tenderized
salt and pepper to season both sides
-pan Glaze :2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp minced garlic, 2-3 tablespoon maple Syrup. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 
Cheesy beef orzo:
-2 pounds lean ground beef, one can tomato sauce, 2 cups, beef, broth, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic salt, , half box of orzo, pasta, 4 ounces Reduce back cream cheese, 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
Vegetable soup:
3 cups, butternut squash, two whole carrots, peeled and cut, 1/2 yellow onion, one red pepper, 2 to 4 stocks celery, 3 cups chicken broth, one cup water, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 2 teaspoon salt, half a teaspoon pepper, one bay leaf
Optional : 2 cups, cooked lentils, Parmesan, and mozzarella to top
