Tight hips? This vid is for you! A progressive way to work towards Padmasana or Lotus pose, which also gets into the deep muscles and rotation of the hips.
If your knees are feeling good and you'd like to progress after practicing this preliminary variation, take your pose to the floor using the same principles.
