Join Lauren Lewis in this FUN 35-minute Move & Shout® workout for Parkinson's symptoms! During today's workout, we will be focusing on exercises that improve cognition, muti-tasking, memory, and coordination, while giving you a full-body workout! You can do this entire workout from the comfort of a chair, but don't let that fool you. You're in for a real challenge!
We will be using a ball for this workout, but if you don't have one at home, you can also use a pillow or rolled-up T-shirt.
