This is the same back workout I’ve been doing — nothing fancy, nothing new.
What actually made the difference was how I warmed up.
Before touching heavy weights, I focused on 100 pull-ups.
That warm-up alone gave me:
• More strength
• Better mind-muscle connection
• Full lat activation
• Thickness + width engagement
Those pull-ups unlocked every part of my back — upper lats, lower lats, mid-back, rear delts — everything a demon back needs 😈
Most people rush warm-ups.
That’s why their back never grows.
