Block off half an hour out of you busy schedule and join NMA Lead Yoga Instructor Adam Wilkey (BJJ Brown Belt) and Adelaide South (Purple Belt) for a 30 minute Yoga session designed specifically for Jiu Jitsu athletes to aid in recovery, increase flexibility, and relax away your stress.

Instructor Bio:
Adam started practicing Yoga in 2008 at Ashtanga Yoga Studio with Andrew Eppler. He completed his 200 hour RYS (Instructor) certification in 2017 and has been instructing yoga specifically geared for BJJ athletes at NMA since 2018. He is currently an NMA Brown Belt in Jiu Jitsu and works as a Registered Nurse in orthopedic surgery.
