Farmers walk- Bella, Kage, and Callie top set 185lbs per hand. Frank, Justin, and Devon top set 335lbs per hand. My top set was 425lbs per hand. Then I tore my hand! Haha. It happens sometimes.
Squats- Bella(16) 285lbs for 2, Kage(14) 285lbs for 5, Frank 445lbs for 3, Devon 485lbs for 3, My top set was 725lbs.
Dumbbell Squats/Still Leg Deadlifts- My set was 150lbs per hand for 10 and 10 reps, Callie and Bella did 55lbs per hand, Kage did 65lbs per hand, Frank and Devon did 105lbs per hand.
Last I finished with a lunge/close squat for 10 and 10 reps with bodyweight.
