The Ignite Series keeps building, Day 2 is here to sculpt a stronger upper body that you’ll feel tomorrow. Today's 30 Min Upper Body Strength Workout is targeting chest, arms & back in 2 rounds, you will be repeating the 1st round in reverse and it's gonna get spicy!
This Upper Body Strength Workout is for all abilities and can be done anywhere, anytime.

💪🏼 NOTE!! The weights I am using in this workout are a reference for beginners and if you are intermediate or advanced I recommend lifting heavier than I am in the workout.

Warm up - 3.5 Mins, 30 seconds on each exercise
Main Section - 25 Mins, 2 x Rounds, 9 Exercises, 60 Seconds On, 30 Seconds Off
Cool down - 3 Mins, 30 seconds on each exercise
