The Ignite Series hits Day 4 with a no repeats 15 Min kettlebell mobility workout: 60 seconds per move, 15 seconds transition, guiding you through kettlebell exercises that increase range of motion, and prime you for heavier lifts.

💪🏼 NOTE: You should be going lighter than your usual weight for the mobility exercises and focus on range of motion (ROM). For reference I am using 6kgs.
