Method for brownie:
1. Take a bowl and melt dark chocolate and butter in it.
2. Add condensed milk and oil and mix everything well.
3. Sieve all your dry ingredients and add them into the bowl ... while adding the milk.
4. Pour the batter in a 8x8 square tin and garnish with Choco chips and walnuts.
5. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 minutes for about 35 min.
Recipie for white chocolate ganache:
10 gram white chocolate
10 gram fresh cream
Recipie for dark chocolate ganache:
10 gram dark chocolate
10 gram fresh cream
