In this episode we make one of my favorite sausages! the Hunter Sausage or know in Germany as the Jagdwurst. It is know as the Hunter Sausage because those who would hunt in the fall would take these sausage along with them to sustain them until they bagged their game.
I make a version of this in hunting season and we make loads of it.
