Today we’re out on the homestead tackling a full day of smoking pork, tending the barrels, and keeping the critters in check. From dealing with raccoons on the chicken coop to loading up the smokers, adjusting racks, seasoning the meat, and troubleshooting cuts that just wouldn’t shred the way they should, it turned into a full-on team effort. Between good friends, good food, a few laughs, and a couple of very curious dogs, we got seven big cuts smoked, broken down, and ready for the next step.
