Fresh Rice Noodles Ho Fun | 河粉

Let’s make our own homemade rice noodles today! The rice noodles which we are making today are the thick version Shahe fen or Ho Fan/Ho Fun . These 3 ingredient rice noodle recipe
have a chewy and springy texture.

We will be going over 2 methods to make these noodles. The first method is to steam rice noodle mixture in a steam-able plate and the second method I will be showing you how to use a cheesecloth to make ho fun noodles . This is a super simple how to make fresh rice noodles video.
