If you are feeling tight, full, sluggish in your middle - possibly after a bigger meal - this practice is for you!
Create some space and length to decompress your abdominals and spine to allow your body to function as it is meant to be.
I use a bolster, but you could also use a large pillow(s) or rolled up blankets.
