Wholegrain French Baguettes are delicious and healthy. I'm using only wholegrain flour in this recipe. Very important is to put a small container with water on the bottom of the oven. It makes baguettes crispy skin.
500 g whole grain flour
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp dry yeast
50 g unsalted butter
