As requested by many of you under the video of homemade sourdough using wild barley, today I am going to demonstrate how to bake Spectacular Whole Wheat 🥖 baguettes, the result you have already seen from the homemade Smoked Salmon video.
The recipe is very simple and you will only need:
Wholemeal flour 450 g
Water 320 ml
Oat flakes 50 g
Rye flour 50 g
Extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Sourdough 100 g
