So friends, listen carefully, this one is a little bit different than the others!
we do NOT have a break after each exercise :D #oops
so, first we have a little Warm up for 4 min - 4 exercises á 1 min!
then: 30 sec break. Workouts starts:
3 exercises á 30 sec without a break (1,5 min exercising)
30 sec break
3 exercises á 30 sec without a break
30 sec break
understand? Good! LETS START :)))
its not a long one so good for you when you are busy but do not want to skip working out!
OR: do 2-3 rounds of this and you'll die!!! :D
