Hello, thanks for stopping on my video! I hope you enjoy some fresh gluten free ideas 💡 here’s what Iv eaten at 27 weeks pregnant! My belly is definitely feeling crushed now !
Big morning orange + almond milk matcha
Breakfast : gf tiger bread, bacon , avocado, potato waffle + maple butter
Mint chocolate chip smoothie I forgot to film :
Cup almond milk , 1/2 cup ice , 1/8 peppermint extract , 2 tsp cacao , cacao nips , frozen banana and cup of frozen Spinnach.
Dinner : mini roast dinner , chicken crown, gf Yorkshire pudding , parsnips, carrots , peas and sweetcorn
Desert : melt 1 cup coconut milk and 200g dark chocolate then pour into dish and set in the fridge for couple of hours ! Top with berries ! Wow
