不管做成拌麵或湯麵都很好吃!
我們這裡眷村多,市場裡好幾家米干店~
有時買菜就去吃上一碗,
米干因為沒有加任何粉製作,所以吃起來的彈性跟粄條和麵條不同,
比較容易拉斷,不過濃濃米香吃起來好美味!
