Hope you're ready to KICK it up with today's Total Body Cardio Kickbox and Compound Strength Workout. We have elements of cardio, strength, and core to hit the entire body. If 55 minutes is too long you can always pick out 1-2 sections for today and do the rest tomorrow 😉. We are adding 1lbs. weights during the warm up and kickbox sections to just turn up the intensity, this is optional. During the compound strength try to go with a moderate load, but always make sure you have great posture and range of motion. We get another HIIT of Cardio Kickbox before we finish with 5 MIN or abs. Have some fun with this one! Grab your weights, mat and water and let's kick it!❤️🔥
