Alright team I heard from the comments you wanted more METCON! Here is it a Full Hour of Metabolic Conditioning that will burn fat and build muscle! We have lots of compound moves to engage the entire body and keep your heart rate up the entire time. We finish with Cardio HIIT that's under 12 minutes to light that metabolism on fire. Grab your gear and let's go fire up the metabolism. Bring some water too!!
