300g beef steak (or king oyster mushroom)
1 large red onion, cut into petals
1/2 aji amarillo or orange bell pepper
1 spring onion
1-2 plum tomatos
2 Tbsp pisco or brandy
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1-2 tsp ginger juice
1 clove of garlic, minced
cilantro

rice
