100 g rolled oats
250 ml warm water
1 avocado
1 tomato, finely chopped

1. Add 250 ml warm water to 100 g rolled oats and let them soak for 10 minutes.
2. Mash the avocado until smooth.
3. Chop the tomato finely and mix it into the avocado.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
