Hey guys! I know it's been a minute since I uploaded, but I'm back in action and want to share one of my more recent obsessions with you. You may have heard of the 5 Tibetan Rites in the past. Well, whether you have or not, I've been doing them on the regular and they're GREAT. I can totally see why these are touted as "the fountain of youth" as a morning routine. They're great for core strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, mobility and all around feeling great for the day. Oh, and btw, the song in the background is called "Good Morning" by Barrell. How 'bout them apples? 🤣
