Good morning. Welcome to your 15-minute vinyasa flow and Day 6 of our Morning Yoga Series.
Today, our focus is on building strength, finding balance, and clearing the mind. As we move, pay attention to your breath, and let it guide your flow.
This practice should help to energise and centre you, ready for the day ahead. It can either be done as a standalone practice, or as part of a 7-day challenge.
