Welcome to the final day of our morning challenge! Today I’ll be guiding you through a 15 minute restorative class.
We’ll be moving gently and mindfully and holding static asanas for 1 to 2 minutes. This should help to melt away any tension from the night before and improve your flexibility, whilst creating a deep sense of grounding and self-assuredness.
Thank you so so much for joining me and congratulations on making it to the end of this challenge! I hope you’ve enjoyed and that you’re already feeling all the benefits that a regular morning yoga practice can bring.
