Good morning, and welcome. This is a 15 minute gentle morning yoga flow designed to stretch and wake up your entire body, leaving you feeling open, refreshed, and ready for the day ahead.
We’ll move slowly and mindfully, with plenty of space for stillness and presence. No props are needed. Just your mat and a quiet space.
Asanas include:
Tabletop, Cat Cow, Puppy, Sphinx, Low Lunge variations, Child's Pose, Downward Facing Dog, Seated Pigeon, Half Lord of the Fishes, and Reclined Butterfly.
