This is the first time I aim to be live on multiple places at once, so bare with me haha!
For this who are new, I am sharing free tips almost daily to help support polers around the world especially to those who don't have access to a local pole studio or prefer to train at home.

This month we will do looking at a trick each day going through the Aplhabet.
So first up being the letter A = Air Walk is the pole trick we're going to look at.
