Not getting your knees out of the way is stopping you from heaving a solid deadlift. Ideally you would pull the bar in a straight vertical line from the middle of the foot. When that bar starts moving on the ascend, that’s when the problems occur. Steve and Francesco are going to showcase how it’s properly done in this tutorial.
