Your VO2 Max is a critical predictor of your fitness and longevity. 5 months ago, I tested mine on a treadmill by running as long and hard as I can until failure. Then I worked for 150 days doing HIIT, zone 2 training, running, boxing, biking, breath holds, simulated high altitude training and more. I attempted to keep up with what Dr. Peter Attia suggests. Then I compare the results of my first VO2 max test to transformation after dedicated cardio training.
