C/w Nana: Coconut Noodle Soup (ໝີ່ກະທິ == Mii Kathii) - 2015 edit

In this episode, I will show how I make "mii kathii," a type of noodle soup with a creamy coconut taste. I purposely didn't list the amount of each ingredient to show how sometimes I just change it to suit the taste I want at the time.

I never really measured my ingredients until I started making my cooking videos. I usually "eyeballed" everything. After reviewing this video over 3 years later, I realized that I used A LOT more MSG for this dish than usual. I thought I was using a much larger pot. It still turned out great, in spite of too much MSG, or was it because of it? :)

Ever since the first version of this video, I have had lots of questions, suggestions, and complaints regarding how I make this dish. I still make it pretty much the same way that I show in the video, with variations in the amount of each ingredient here and there.
