How Hard is the Murph Workout?

This week, I tried the Classic CrossFit workout, The Muph. Named after Lt. Micheal P. Murphy, It turns out this challenge which combines a 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats and then another 1 mile run is really difficult.
As a person who barley trains cardio, this was a unique challenge which pushed me to my limit.
