This Gingerbread was a big hit! Came out great and smells amazing. Made in my KBS Bread Machine on the Quick setting #6.
Ingredients:
DRY
2 Cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup light brown sugar
WET
1/2 cup unsalted softened butter
1/2 cup molasses
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 large eggs, room temp
1 cup buttermilk, room temp
