This healthy banana brownie is soft, chocolatey, and diet-friendly.
Made with simple ingredients, no flour, and naturally sweet bananas — it’s a smart dessert choice for staying on track.
This brownie is:

You can easily adjust it:
– add protein powder for more protein
– add dark chocolate pieces for extra sweetness

Ingredients:
2 bananas
3 egg whites + 1 egg yolk
Fat-free cocoa powder — 40 g
Sugar-free dark chocolate — 30 g
Olive oil — 5 ml (for baking)
How to make it:
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and blend until smooth.
If you want more protein, add chocolate protein powder.
If you want more sweetness, add some chocolate pieces —
