This high-protein fitness tiramisu is perfect when you want a real dessert but still want to stay lean and hit your protein goals.
It’s creamy, rich, and tastes like classic tiramisu —
but with high protein and controlled calories.
🥗 Ingredients
• 250 g soft fat-free cottage cheese
• 200 g light ricotta
• 30 g protein powder
• Sweetener to taste
• A pinch of salt
• Vanilla
• 11 savoiardi biscuits (88 g)
• 1 espresso + 50 ml water
👨🍳 How to make
Mix all the ingredients for the cream until smooth and creamy.
Brew the coffee and quickly dip the savoiardi biscuits — just one second, don’t soak them.
Layer biscuits and protein cream in a container.
Finish with a light dusting of fat-free cocoa powder.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (3 hours is even better).
